Had a dumb moment and...
Ordered torrified instead of wheat malt. Now I have all the ingredients for the cheap and easy wit recipe, apart from the wheat malt! Now theres a LHBS just opened near me, but on peering through the window before it opened, I dont think its gonna have any wheat malt. Can I sub this for wheat malt extract? Thats if they even have that!
Re: Had a dumb moment and...
or...................you could just use the torrified wheat! it will give you a more authentic 'Wit' flavour than using wheat malt.

Unmalted wheat presents some challenges for the single infusion homebrewer. Pure unmalted wheat will not convert well with a single infusion mash. This can be rectified by using a multi-step infusion or multi-step decoction mash, but simpler solutions exist. If you substitute flaked or torrified wheat, you can perform a single infusion mash easily, while still preserving the distinctive flavor of unmalted wheat

Ah turned out my LHBS did have wheat malt.
Your post you quoted from beersmith, thats for unmalted wheat right? Like flaked? I could of swapped out the flaked wheat with torrified, but what about actual wheat malt? Which im assuming is malted?
