Can I replace torrefied wheat with wheat malt? its only to add body.

I find that wheat malt works better in respect of flavour for my personal taste.

I don't tend to use Torry as much these days. I swing between wheat malt and flaked wheat depending on my recipe. But, yes, they are interchangeable.
