I'm never sure what yeast to use, I'm brewing this right now....

I was going to us Safale us-05 but I have Safale s-04. Is Safale us-05 right?

US05 is my dry yeast of choice for anything hoppy. Just be prepared for it to attenuate very well and not leave an awful lot of malt background and also not to impart much flavour of it's own. It will need to be all about the hops.

Either us-05 or Nottingham for those hops. Personally I'd use Nottingham I've got fed up waiting for us-05 to clear down and it never seems to know when to stop fermenting. It can sometimes end up a little too dry :(

I brew almost the same beer, I use cascade for bittering and a combination for aroma, its a really good combo! I use US-05, works perfectly for me, though i reckon nottingham would work well too.
