hi i am using so4 yeast from brew to brew using different recipes just to see what happens in the long run, i wait till new wort is ready 22 centigrade, then i rack beer from f v to keg then pour dregs off, then i get yeast out of fv to sanitised container,then sterilise fv,then put yeast back in fv then pour wort on top of yeast, its going like a train after 3 hours, its all over in 3 days then allow to cool till next brew day, which is every saturday.
