first recipe feedback please

Hi Guys

After quite a few BYOBRA recipes, I'm planning my own first recipe for the weekend. Aiming for a fairly fruity / estery ESB style. I've put the following into beer engine:

4.5kg Pale malt
500g lager malt (using leftovers up  )
300g torrefied wheat
300g crystal malt

20g challenger @ 90 mins
20g styrian goldings @ 90 mins
20g fuggles @ 10 mins
20g styrian goldings @ 10 mins

Windsor yeast
23 litres

Beer engine says 1054 OG, 32 EBU, 21 EBC, 5.4% ABV (although I guess windsor may give me a bit less than this)

thanks in advance for any feedback

Grist looks fine, but I would be tempted to drop the 90 addition of SG's and drop them in @ 1 min or steep, will give you a nicer citrus/lemony taste and more aroma. If you want the same IBU's then up the Challenger (if you have spares).

Can't be arsed to keep changing this bit, so, drinking some beer and wanting to brew many more!

Sir, you are drunk! Yes madam, and you are ugly, but in the morning I shall be sober! - WSC
