To be honest, as I had no idea of AA levels, I just went for overkill. about 300g bittering/first wort with the ornamental hops from the garden (they were planted there before I took up brewing so no idea what they are, probably golden tassles) then 'a bagful' of homegrown cascade at 20 mins and another bagful at 5 mins, I'm guessing at about 200g per bag. Didn't want to do any flame-out or dry hopping with these in case of creepy-crawlies.
