Has anyone used these? There grain prices are comparable with a few others. Hops are on the pricey side, but they have an impressive range of yeasts - dry, WYEAST and White Labs. Unfortunately the one I'm after is out of stock. Just wondering what the customer experience is like.
Best wishes

I have only ever collected from them but others I know who get deliveries from them only have good things to say about the service.

IMO they are one of the best all-round homebrew retailers out there.

And yet you buy your ingredients from the Malt Miller

Thats because Rob at Maltmiller has a better all round range of grain and hops and more crucially he crushes the grains the day the order goes out the door. BrewUK do not crush their own grains - it is supplied to them already crushed.

No, but seriously, that's good to hear. I don't think I've seen a better selection of yeast.

I agree. They are very good for the yeasts and the fact they stock Whitelabs and Wyeast is really useful.

I use them, they are very good, customer service and after sales are fantastic. I bough some wine kits off them and one had a split yeast sachet, I emailed them and the next day there was a new sachet on my doormat :D

Yeah great for yeast. They're the best source of Wyeast I can find.
Received a DOA pack from them once and they replaced without a quibble.

I bought some Wyeast and a pack of hops last week for the brew I did yesterday. Ordered late on Wednesday and received on Friday morning. I bought from them because their yeasts are really reasonably priced and their postage was good and very clear. I hate ordering stuff and having to wait until they process the order to find out how much postage is. I'd use them again.

I recently used them for a White Labs Platinum strain that was just out of date. They were selling them for 1/2 price, so I bought 2.
One was leaking when I received it, so I emailed them and the sent out a fresh vial as compensation. No questions asked. Excellent service.
I buy from The Malt Miller
