Malt miller
Hi Im thinking of adding oat husks to my next order, as i want to do more wheats, malt miller advertises it but doesnt state quantity per order, also what rate shoud i need to add this, usual 23 l around 5% ta

The price would be "per kilo" as with the rest of the adjuncts. Unless it states a quantity, ie. 500g, assume 1 Kg.
As for quantity ? I would use no more than 5-10%.

Regarding oat husks for wheat beers,
Mine are still in unopened bag in brewery as I haven't had a stuck sparge without them.
try a brew 1st, as long as your sparge is slow you shouldn't have a problem.
