BeerAlchemy - serial number not entering

BeerAlchemy is on offer for £9.70 at the moment so thought I would purchase it.

However, received my serial number but it won't enter, in that the "Next" option isn't available to continue. Frustrating.

If anyone has any ideas what the issue may be please would you let me know?

I know Steve is a member on here but I don't think he's on here very often.

yeah I did (obviously! ) and have now sent an email. Just wondering if others had had this issue before

Edit: Steve has got back to me. the serial is for Beer Alchemy 2 which is osx 10.8. My macbook can't run that

yep. basically Beer Alchemy is version 2 which operates with osx 10.8 mountain lion only. If you can upgrade to ML then you can get BA2 to work.

I have a macbook 4,1 so can't upgrade to ML. Steve gave me a serial number for BA 1.8x but that is no longer supported. He got back quickly though today so you may hear from him.

I have heard from him, looks like I'm upgrading my OS, typical, thought it was a good price to get the new one (that I didn't need and it ends up costing me £25!
