In my fridge there are two 200ml bottles of rinsed White Labs 001. The 'beer' above the yeast is crystal clear.
There are also two bottles of rinsed 007. The 'beer' above the yeast isn't clear, it's slightly cloudy looking.
Does this mean the 007 shouldn't be used, plesae?

Yes, it was Wolfy's technique which first got me into yeast rinsing. Ages since I've looked at his post, though, so thanks for pointing me to it again.
Looking at his final photo it seems as though the liquid on top of his yeast isn't completely clear, so perhaps I don't need to worry.
