hi all i made a saltaire blonde yesterday , dont know how [my mistake of course] but i ended up useing 360g of wheat malt instead of torrefied wheat :oops: will this make a massive difference to the beer ? cheers lee
soon be dead thank beer for that no pain where im going :-)

saltair blonde 19l
grain bill;
maris otter 3kg
wheat malt 360g should have been torrified wheat
carapills 175g

hop bill
25g saaz 60m
25g saaz 50m
30g saaz last 5m and steep for 20m

yeast
safeale 04
og was 1040
