Oh Dear.... Can I save the day for brew # 3?

Now things are really looking up...... Brew #3, which I was on the point of pouring down the sink has turned out to be a very drinkable bitter!

I sampled a bottle of Brew # 4 (1 month old) yesterday which is close to being ready, tastes like its going to be alright too..... And the first brew I got everything process right!

And brew #5 was bottled yesterday, a G.W Courage Directors recipe, which also went well, and I can't wait to taste that in a months time!

You could always try kegging it--about a million times easier than bottling!
