Have you asked for a breakdown of the costs ? Ingredients, power, labour, duty etc etc ? If you can see where the money's going then it must be easier to work out how competitive the quote is.

Its really none of my business but are you sure Hambleton would like that document on an open forum?

I asked for the information which anybody could and they sent the information which anybody would be sent. It isnt a private contract or similar.
