Did you factor in the reduced boil off? If you went from 90 to 60 mins it should be one third less.

When you say one third less.... Is that the percentage loss due to evaporation during the boil i.e reduce the percentage from 15% down to 10%? I refer to the sparge calculator. :)

Yep, not familiar with the sparge calculator, but yes, I meant accounting for the reduction in evaporation as you state, due to the fact that the loss is proportional to boil time if heating is constant.
