How much yeast?

Post by eknowles » Wed Feb 19, 2014 3:36 pm

I have access to fresh brewery yeast and am not sure how much to add to a 25ltr brew? Any suggestions or calculations?

That's what I did when I got a bottle of yeast from nethergate brewery and it worked a treat.
Its easy to make things a lot more complicated than they actually are.

Mr. Malty is so easy to use. It only takes a moment for the calculation.
