Backer Element Seal Kit

I'm looking to get hold of a backer element seal kit silicone and a fiber washer.

Can someone point me in the right direction.

Backer don't do a separate kit (as you've probably already found out) but surely you can just buy a separate silicon and fibre washer to fit.

This place has a few odds and sods - Silicone Washer, fibre washer.

Just a question of getting the right size.

Those linked ones both look the correct size to me based on fitting my Backer. It was a very tight fit making the hole with a 1.5" Q-max so the silicone washer of that size should be equally snug.

They are not listed on Backers website, but try emailing them. I bought a few elements from them a few years ago & when I emailed them regarding spare washers/seals, they sent me a couple of sets free of charge.

Could anyone tell me where I can buy a silicon washer cutter. I have seen one on this site but did not save it . I have seen someone buy a silicon sheet and use the cutter to make great washers. The cutter looks like a compass we used to use at school. Thanks for any replies. ( What a website in the company of such renowned names in A.G brewing ) I have a dislike of the phrase Homebrew the average person judges us as people who brew anything anywhere as strong as we can make it and disregards taste and style. Sorry.
