Hi guys, what's the best way to keep an opened foil pack of hops fresh as the day it was sealed.

Keep it in the freezer

And put it in a sealable bag e.g. a freezer bag.

Definitely invest in a vac packer. Great for storing lots of different things.....superb for marinading meat quickly too.

I've kept my packs form MM taped up with all the air pressed out, then rubber banded inside a well sealed freezer bag in the freezer for a year or more with no discernible loss in quality.
