Carbonation for a Wit?

Post by CestrIan » Tue May 13, 2014 12:26 am

I have got a Wit on the go and not sure what level to carbonate it to. I usually add 70g of sugar to bottle 5 gallon of bitter or PA and 120g of dextrose for 5 gallon of Lager. Any advice on how much sugar I should add to a Wit. Hoegarden's not very fizzy if i remember right. It's been a while since I've had it though and the last few times have been on draught.

Should be quite well carbed if bottling. 120 - 150g of dex would be my advice.
