They are personalised because all the labels have your name on them.

Similarly very impressed with Malt Miller and DPD. Noticed on my facebook feed yesterday that BrewUK announced that they are now using DPD... coincidence? :)

I stopped buying from BrewUK because of issues with their courier. Brew UK were always great to deal with and I recommend them highly but on one occasion I had a bloody nightmare over the course of about 2 weeks with the french end of the delivery company and I said never again. Guess I can start browsing again so....

That said, I have used Malt Miller for the first time this month and although i got the text from DPD saying delivery on Monday and was initially very impressed... I then got another from them on Monday saying they'd not actaully got the parcel from Malt Miller and couldn't deliver it!

Normally I wouldn't be so impatient but it's my Cornies and other bits and bobs!

Brew never ship the same day. Always takes 24-36 hrs for them to ship.

I know that if I order from MM it'll be here tomorrow. That fact alone makes me choose MM over Brew.

Am looking for a way to transport from Rob t me here in Nog.

Have to make it worthwhile.

if i order 25 kg from a supplier here then the malt costs 34 notes, and the postage the same and thats within the same country

I have just spoken to Rob at Malt Miller who apologised for the delay and assured me that my parcel will be shipped today for delivery tomorrow. Fingers crossed!

I've been caught out by the speediness of the processing and delivery it's that quick. Ordered in the morning on the way to work on the train, delivered the day after. A great service by both parties. I'm starting to get to know the delivery driver by name =D>

It a bugger that it's not that much more expensive to ship two 25kg bags of grain opposed to just the one. I'm quickly running out of grain storage. Hmm note to self, must brew more often and stronger =P~

Yes they are, I got something shiny from them last week. Ordered at 12, arrived before lunch the next day.
