Just placing my next order and I'm struggling to get flaked wheat.
Will torrified wheat do instead?
Cheers

It seems there's a lot of discussion to be had about this, but general consensus is it should be fine!

I'm a big fan of shredded wheat, torrified has been treated so might have an effect, flakes are just rolled, wheatabix might do!

It depends what you are going to make with.
But in genaral Torry will be fine.
I think Weetabix has salt in it, I wouldnt use it.

Thanks for the answers guys. I substituted with torrified wheat in the end.
Just looking forward to getting the next batch if ingredients for 185 pints, which will be made up of;
Summer lightning clone
Old ale
Single hop Citra
Tanglefoot clone
...and my first attempt at an Imperial stout around the 9.7% mark
Happy days
