We had a black cat and were not 100% sure how he really meet his end but we think that he got hit by a car and then managed to drag himself as far as our next door neighbours drive where he was finally finished off by about 7 foxes ....
We never did find his body only clumps of fur
I reckon you got the Gods looking out for you buddy .....
