Pre plate chiller filter

Hi brewing chums

Anyone had any luck with using these for filtering hot wort and as a hop back before chilling in a plate chiller?

The inlets look very small?

If you have a filter in the kettle also then I think it would work as a secondary filter but no idea how it would stand up to 100 degree wort?
