Prearis IPA all grain recipe - Anyone have one?

There is this Belgian beer, Prearis IPA, it's my favourite beer and pretty difficult to find in London but would love to make a clone. Does anyone have a recipe for this?
Failing that, does anyone know where to get it in London?
