I've 40 odd bottles of Apa in the garage (bottled 2 weeks ago, left at 20c to condition), they've been chilling in a wooden wardrobe in the garage since Saturday.
Weather forecast for Hove says a low of -1 Tuesday night. Should I be worried about potential freezing or not? I think it's gonna be fine, the garage, wardrobe and volume of liquid should provide enough of a buffer - it won't be -1 for long... However, I'd be gutted to find they froze and got ruined.
Shall I leave them be or bring them in? They're crystal clear already and taste fine...
[edit] - they taste way better than "fine"...

Just a little bit to the west of you and all of beer is now in the garage; it will be at least 3-5 degrees warmer in the garage. As I type this reply at 7am Tuesday it's 1.3 degrees here in Emsworth and all my bottles in garage and just fine. Some have been out there since 1 January!

Er, it won't freeze, it's got alcohol in it. Not at -1 anyway!
Re: bottle conditioning in garage, -1 temp predicted for Tue
I've had mine in the garage when it was -10 outside and they were fine.

5% abv has a freezing point of -1.6c...
All was fine, as hambrook said it was well insulated - low was 5c in the wardrobe...
