Not sure if its in the right section but I have a freezer with 5 full kegs in, a kolsch, bitter , and 3 pale/blonde ales in, what temp would you suggest having this at whilst storing ?

Thanks in advance

I too have asked this question recently having just moved into kegging. I have 3 full kegs lagering at 0.3c at present to clear up. As my Keezer is in the garage and I don't care for the neighbours to know every time I am going for a pint (well not during the week anyway :) ) I will bottle batches using the beer gun. I have a 9L Corny coming at Christmas and an insulating blanket so I can easily just move into the house and back when I want a few pints, this will be a serving keg of sorts. I am of course using this temp as I am layering/conditioning however still to decide what to do further down the line. These are all kept under pressure as the c02 will be absorbed if left to their own devices as it would be in the garage which is an ambient temp of 9c at present.

I am interested to hear what others think/do as this is relatively new to me still.

For Ale Strorage I would go with 13c which is normal cellar temperature.
Serving temperature is up to you. Probably 6c should be about right.

The lower the better without freezing the beer IMHO.

Yeah store as low as possible, it'll last longer. then serve at whatever temperature you like . 11c for ales and porters for me, 8C or so for lagers
