What do people think of this as a possible brew. Using up hops I've got left in freezer.

Looks good...I'd save your cascade for another day as citra and centennial will over power it. And I'd personally put in 100g of torified wheat for retention.
But my kind of brew.

Replace cascade with citra?

I'd take out the 20 minute Centennial and fire it in with the 10 minute addition, as a 5, steep or maybe experiment as use it as FWH, it will up the IBU' in Beersmith but won't be overly bitter.

Looks a good base though and my kind of style also

Yeah I would agree with Alix101 that the Citra and Centennial will over power it, not saying it would cause any harm though. If you just want to go through your hops though you could split the Chinook out and use the cascade to bitter along with it then use some Chinook late on. Maybe not orthodox and some probably don't agree but I quite like messing about with it and Cascade does bitter well.

I'm just going through my freezer scraps. But bought 100g citra too. So was trying to use that also.

Yes as above the cascade is a great hop but just about anything gets over powered by citra. ..just save them for another brew the 40g of of citra will add enough for aroma.
Maybe use them as a dry hop.
