Help calculating fermentation temp

Post by tuffty22 » Sat Apr 02, 2016 7:08 pm

Hi folks

So I'm following the brulosophy lagering technique for a Pilsner I have on the go.

It's ready to be ramped up by 5f every 12 hours, trouble is I cannot work out for the life of me what this is in celcius.

Can someone please put me out of my misery.

What temperature (f) are you starting from? There are lots of fahrenheit to celsius converters like the one in the link.

Cheers

I though 3 as the difference in each f to Celsius was 0.6 ish.

Using the calc in the link, 11°c is 51.8f. Change it to 56.8f, c goes up by 2.77777, so 2.8 for cash. Go to the top of the class Mashman!
