Does anyone know of any convenient high street stores that sell tinctures of iodine? I wanted to get some for testing conversion but would rather not have to pay p&p for such a small purchase.

Most local chemist would either stock it or be able to order it in. To be honest I stopped testing with it many years ago as modern malts are to a standard that providing you have mashed correctly the conversion will have taken place.
