Nice video. It says, ‘food-grade’ hygiene works just fine for brewing beer. It’s astonishing what some naive home brewers buy into - at great cost - these days. As though they were making some ‘pharmaceutical-grade’ elixir meant to be stored in orbit for 1000 years. It’s only beer at the end of the day, right? That’s all it is, beer.

I definitely think there should be a trigger warning on the video around the 23.20 mark for the "it'll get infected if you breathe anywhere near it" brewing brigade!
