Mashed a three gallon Baltic Porter.

3 Gallon? Seems a small batch, but then is'nt Baltic Porter a strong 'un? Ah c'mon, spill the beans, gizza grain bill. Thinking that these do some sort of cold ferment so will fit in the fridge?

3 gallons is the best fit for my setup.
O G 1.060, 33 IBUs, 29 SRM
4 lbs Crisp #19 floor malted maris otter
8 ozs midnight wheat
4 ozs carawheat malt
4 ozs melanoiden malt
4 ozs amber malt
1.25 lbs pilsen dme
.55 ozs azecca @ 12.2% for 30 minutes
1 oz saaz @ 3.6% for 8 minutes
1 tsp fennel steeped in hot water for 30 minutes and added to wort at end of boil
1 pack S-189
Fermenting in my basement at 62f
