I plan out the next 4 recipes and buy for those. MO comes from Hogs Back and everything else comes from LHBS in Farnborough.

I buy a sack of grain and plan all the beers i will make from it. Then i check stores (the freezer) for hop supplies and top up where needed. I found that i soon built up a stash of speciality grains from ordering a kilo here and there and using a few hundred grams here and there so now its just a matter of stocktaking. Theres always a load of dried yeast in the freezer too.
