right, so my beer has been in the FV for 2 weeks now and I am looking to drop it into the cornie tonight. It tastes really good, however there is still haze and light specks floating around, I suspect my cold break with my IC could have been better executed, and my mash ph was hi about 6. Should I just drop in my Cornie- pressure and monitor over the next few weeks and expect an improvement, or do I need to think about adding Gelatine now or could that be added as a last resort if need be, I am aiming to drink this beer at the end of August so there's plenty of time if that's all thats needed, assuming this popping into the garage for a sample doesnt get the better of me.......
