Sealing king keg lid

Hi escapizm,
I had the same problem with the king kegs i tried loads of vasaline and a spanner to no avail. I then cleaned the vaseline off the thread and just left a smear on the o ring wound the cap backwards untill it dropped into place you can feel it click in to postion i then screwed it down slowley you will see it it should be level to the neck of the barrel and then applied firm pressure with both hands standing over it this method has worked for me. Give it a try nothing to loose. TT.
