Every time I've brewed I've lost so much liquid, at the mash and sparge, but mainly in the boil. Last time I was down around 8 litres from the finishing amount and even overprepared with treated water. If anyone could help with ways to get the most out of my recipe it would be greatly appreciated. BTW-I have the H&G 10 Gallon brewery equipment and an Electrim HLT.
Can't you just top the wort up with boiling water after the boil?
