The Barley Crusher is really a brilliant piece of gear to add to anyone's brewing kit. I cannot say enough good things about it. :beer:

I have been tempted to convert a pasta roller like others have, but then again I am also tempted to make an oven with a tube heater and an STC-1000 so I can malt my own barley...
