Cold Steep?

Get advice on making beer from raw ingredients (malt, hops, water and yeast)

Just add it to the mash........its fine; i did and my BIPA taste amazing now......my hops i used were a little strange, gave a weird taste at the begining but now....wow its lush.......i used Galaxy loads of and dry hopped with Galaxy too.........weirdest smell going at the begining.....but nice now its settled down 8 weeks into the bottle.......

All set up to brew this tomorrow. I still don't know what yeast I'm going to use.

It may be a bit late if you were brewing today but if you're not bothered by a sloght yeasty haze or a loose sediment in your bottles then go for us-05 :)

I started it at around 5.45am. :D I went with Gervin English ale yeast in the end.

Looks darker than it probably is but I'm sure it'll be one tasty brew :D

Its about dark chocolate. I wanted ink black. I might tweek it in time.
