Thanks again Normski. I started off with 3 Corny's and now have 8 full size and 1 x 9L :D

My chest freezer can hold 4 x 19L and 2 x 9L so plan to get a few batches on the go and store in my garage at around 8c outside the freezer.

If you have the funds, get yourself a fridge and fully temperature control it. Best move I made in brewing and has made a significant different to quality due to stable brewing temprature.

Once it's kicked off and fermenting you can just leave in the same place and do all the temperature adjustments you want, and lagering as well. When I'm ready to bottle or keg I just leave it at room temperature for a couple of days for the yeast to clean up.
