Can I ask if those who use gelatin use it coz you have trouble with your beer clearing, or just do it as standard practice to speed things up?

I don't normally bother however this is a pilot brew for my sister's wedding and you know what some people are like... It also combats chill haze particularly well.
Ingredients: Water, Barley, Hops, Yeast, Seaweed, Blood, Sweat, The swim bladder of a sturgeon, My enemies tears, Scenes of mild peril, An otter's handbag and Riboflavin.
