My beer's been on the telly loads of times in the past although since we got the flat panel TV it's a lot harder to balance the glass.

Would that research be from a very old copy of Graham Wheelers 'Brew Your Own Real Ale At Home' (Page 114 for the Burton Ale), could I suggest that you do a bit more research and read the first 3 paragraphs on Page 3 and the first on Page 4 . . . .
