Most certainly agree, applicable to every kind of all grain brewing. BIAB is a great way to make all grain beer, probably the best way for anyone with concerns for capital expenditure and the quality of homebrewed beer. I made beer that sort of way for years without ever calling it by that name. Over time changes were made, such as adding a chiller and presumably I stopped when I mashed in an old FV with a false bottom in place of the grain bag. I've never brewed an all grainer as yet, probs another 2 weeks away. However I've learnt a great deal about cooling, brewing methods. There's no right or wrong it seems. As long as the basic guidlines are met, ie, temps, weights, volumes etc. Everyone has their own trusted ways.
