Finings in the UK

Post by agentgonzo » Thu May 22, 2008 8:31 pm

I've just got some new yeast from a microbrewery, and whilst much better than dried yeasts, it really doesn't settle well out in the barrel. As such, I should probably get around to fining the beer.

Does anyone know where to get isinglass or good finings in the UK. Ideally, I want a big tub that will last me a long time, but most LHBSs seem to sell them in small sachets that will do one batch.

Try the same place where you got the yeast :D .
