Hi Everyone,

Ive just ordered all my AG kit and the straightforward recipe from this viewtopic.php?f=2&t=18327 post.

Happy days ahead!

Order from H&G was...

1 10 GALLON BREWERY 1
Twin Element
2 IRISH MOSS 1 £1.99
50g
3 IMMERSION WORT CHILLER 1

4 LOOSE FUGGLES 1
100 grms
5 SAFALE S 04 Yeast 2

6 CRYSTAL MALT (UK) 1
per kilo, upto 3 kilo
7 CAMPDEN TABLETS - 100 1

8 STANDARD PALE MALT (Maris Otter) (UK ) 4
per kilo, 3 kilo or over

I plan to get some digital scales from Tescos and I assume I'll be up and running? Is there anything Ive missed? Will I need a digital thermometer?

Thanks in advance!

Parva

All sounds good. I've got a digital thermometer but actually prefer using the old fashioned glass one so unless you have a specific desire for a digital one I wouldn't bother.
