Belgian Pale Ale Malt

Post by BritishBelgianTwst » Wed Dec 10, 2008 1:46 pm

All,

I was wondering how Belgian Pale Ale malt compares to MO. I've got 25kg in my basement ready for my baptism in AG brewing and will be doing a single temperature infusion mash rather than the multiple temperature mashes that are more commonly done with this malt.

Oh and can you suggest a recipe for me, I've got 1kg of Crystal malt and 100g of Challenger hops that I got as the EKG were out of stock.

Thanks for your thoughts,

Paul
