what exactly do i need to start all grain brewing and what's the exact process,also what's the cheapest way equipment-wise???

If you want to build things yourself and save about 50 quid you can build things yourself, in which case there are a few threads I can link you to to show you how to do it. If not you can spend some money and get the H&G 10 gallon brewery which a lot of people on here have (including me) which works fine. Its all about how good at making things you are, and how much you're willing to spend.
