Transporting keg to stag do

Probably your best bet is to leave it somewhere cool and dark up until right before you need to go to the stag do. Then siphon it off into a clean keg, gas it up again and off you go.....

As for 0 mins, it just means to dump those hops in when you turn the gas/power off.
