hop and grain 10 gallon kit

to get 10 gallons will I have to mash in two batches if so will it affect the result ?

If you're batch sparging then realistically yes. I use this kit and have made 10g brews by mashing in twice then boiling it all as one and I've had no problems. If you fly sparged you could just about get away with doing the whole 10g in one go but it's very tight.
