Cheap Hops

Post by worcshopshop » Tue May 19, 2009 12:18 pm

I’m really testing the water here to see what feedback I get. I’m thinking of selling hops which are vacuum packed and are in aluminium pouches (like the brupaks hops). I want to offer UK and USA varieties and my prices I would be charging are:-

Uk varieties £2.50 per 100g
USA variety £3.50 per 100g

please note that these will be 2008 crops

I'm interested, may I ask where you are sourcing them from? I dont mean to be rude but I presume they are from a reputable source and handled and packaged sensibly?

I'm sourcing these hops from Charles Faram and they are being packed using an industrial vacuum packaging machine into aluminium food grade bags.

That would be good idea to include those aswell, I really need a good balance of what everyone uses.
