100% marris otter or add some crystal malt ?
should i do 100% marris otter or go ahead with the crystal malt?

Yep. Assuming you're opening a 100g pack and have used 49g for bittering, I'd throw in 30g for the last 10 minutes and then another 21g for a 20 minute 80 deg C steep. If you're putting this into cornies though, I'd put all 51g in for 10 minutes as the benefits of steep hops seem to be lost to a degree when force carbonating in cornies.nowacki wrote:more cascades ??
