Amount of sugar to prime with

I've drawn a blank and have left my books and files at home. When I brewed, years ago, I used a 5 gal barrel. Now I am about to fill two 10 litre barrels to export and a Cornie for me ( I mightn't prime the cornie and just gas it up). How much sugar?

I've found a previous thread where Chris-x1 mentions 50 to 80g per 23L, so I'm off to scrub up the equipment and if nobody recommends otherwise on my return, I'll use 25g.
