racking to cornie

what pressure do most of you leave your cornie set at, I'm dropping from my FV later I am aware of purging the bottle, then bleeding and back up to 25 psi thru the PRV, I was thinking of squirting and leaving as it were, rather than leaving the bottle open permanently, that way I could just gas up every few days, 10 psi seem reasonable, it's TTL.

It depends on the temp and how carbonated you like your beer, 10psi @ 13c seems reasonable.

Remember that it takes awhile to lose carbonation if you overdo it so you may want to set it lower see what it's like in a week and adjust as required.

If you don't want to leave your bottle open just open it twice a day to pressurise
